The public development program unternehmensWert:Mensch (Corporate Value: Human) has started its next round. The goal of the program is to initiate sustainable learning and change processes in companies. Small and medium-sized companies are subsidized with up to 80% (10 employees or fewer) or 50% (11-50 employees) of the costs for consulting.

As an authorized consultant for this development program, I can support you with your company’s human resource requirements: engaging skilled employees and optimizing their inputs is becoming more and more important because of demographic change, staff shortages caused by illness, or a shortage of career starters. The program unternehmensWert:Mensch is funded by the Federal Minister for Labor and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund.

The espoused goals of the funded consulting program are to: 

• sensitize small and medium-sized companies/medical practices to future challenges;
  
• offer companies concrete support in the development and implementation of a personnel policy in the interest of patients;
  
• empower small and medium-sized companies to react independently and appropriately to the multifaceted operational challenges caused by changes in the working and production environments as well as demographic change; and
  
• establish a corporate culture in companies that contributes to the motivational, health, and innovative aspects of the organization of work and production conditions as well as contributing to hiring and engaging skilled employees.
